RETURN POLICY

Shop Jamie Krause offers a full refund if the refund is requested before the order has left the shop and/or been delivered. This is usually a window of a few days at most. Due to the nature of the items (and that I am a small, single-person run business, and not a large company), refunds cannot be offered once the package is in transit. Thank you for understanding.

HOWEVER, in special circumstances ie; item arrived damaged, defective, or otherwise unusable, the order may require a partial refund or a free repair. This is done case by case, and I will determine the legitimacy (ie; if you purposely damage the product in order to get a refund, I will not accept it). As I try my very best to portray the products from every angle and every detail, including thorough information in the listing (so you know exactly what you are getting), refunds will not be issued if you simply do not like the item.

WHERE IS MY ITEM?

I always have tracking info for each item - though I'm admittedly a little forgetful for adding it to your order! If your item is taking longer than 7-9 days after being shipped and I haven't added tracking to your order, reach out to me and I'll find it for you!

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDERS TO LEAVE THE STUDIO?

I try my best to have all orders out of the shop within 7 days of placing the order. Post office drop-offs are usually Monday afternoons, as well as local deliveries, but if you place a local order Monday or Tuesday afternoon, I will usually reach out to you if you leave me a contact number and try to arrange drop off whenever works for you.

HOW DO I ORDER A CUSTOM PRODUCT?

Send me a message on the Contact page, or reach out to me on Instagram at @shopjamiekrause. I would advise not reaching out to me on Facebook as the way Facebook business messenger is set up, it's very easy to miss messages and I don't want to keep you waiting.

WHAT CAN YOU MAKE CUSTOM?

I'm pretty much willing to try anything you throw at me! I'm always interested in trying new things, so if you can describe what you want in detail or provide me with inspo pics, I'd be happy to try to make your dream reality!

DO YOU RESTOCK AFTER SOMETHING IS SOLD OUT?

No, I do not. Due to seasonal supply availability, I can usually only make a product once. HOWEVER, if you are okay with me subbing different florals/greenery to make as similar a replica as I can, reach out to me for a custom order! I can usually recreate a product using new supplies to give you something extremely similar - and this also means we can make any fun adjustments you want so it's 'your own'!

DO YOU DO WEDDINGS?

I don't do centrepieces or arches, however I can do bouquets and boutonnières in advance for your big day! This works best for elopements, and smaller, intimate weddings. As with custom orders, prices are subject to the florals you want and the sizes of the pieces. I am happy to work from photos and create the exact look you are after, but I am also happy to make recommendations, and/or take over the design aspect for the bride that wants it taken care of for her.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU REFILL THE SHOP WITH NEW PRODUCTS?

4-6 times a year. I do a guaranteed wreath collection for every season (Spring, summer, fall, winter), and flower crown collections a few times a year as I judge the demand. I also do centrepieces, mini wreath Christmas ornaments, velvet pumpkins for fall, and other items sporadically (as inspiration hits me hehe)! The best way to keep up with my stock is by following me on social media so you can see what I'm up to. I'm active on Instagram on Facebook daily keeping you up to date.
